My parents split when I was 3 years old so now I live with my mom. Luckily my parents stayed friends. My dad visits me in the holidays and brings me stuff, and chocolate!!! My parents spoiled me and I was fat as a kid. When I turned 10 my parents started obsessing with my weight. My dad would call my mom and be like, “How is she? Is she losing weight?” And all that shit. When I turned 11, my dad bought me a gym room. I barely used it, I HATE SWEATING and working out! When I turned 12, I started working out with a personal trainer in Fitness First. I looked good! I lost about 10 lbs? I don’t remember, but I remember stepping on the weighing scale and seeing the number drop every week.
I stopped working out when I turned 13. I honestly don’t know why. Then I gained all the weight I lost, and boom, here I am creating an I-need-to-lose-weight-but-it’s-so-damn-hard blog.

I created this blog to help me become motivated to lose weight. I’ve always struggled with weight loss because of my slow metabolism and lack of motivation. I’m also big boned. I got most of my dad’s genes, which is fat and diabetic. Now I’m not blaming all this on my dad, I’m just really mad at myself I didn’t care about losing weight in the first place. I’m always hungry and I HATE working-out.
I am 14 years old.
My current weight is 166.2 lbs or 75.4 kgs.
My weight goal is 119 lbs or 54 kgs.
I know it’s a long way to go. I want to share a little quote that inspired me to lose weight in the first place:
“Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going.”
